Our experience at South Shore BMW was excellent. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us to compare 2 vehicles. After deciding on a car, he handed us over to the Finance Manager while he transferred all of our belongings from our trade in car to our new car. Dealing with Finance was very open and transparent. We were very impressed with the dealership and will continue to do business with them.

Not only are the cars fantastic, South Shore BMW provides top notch service. They cater to any need. I have bought 3 cars through this dealership and had an excellent experience every time. Ed, the head honcho is GREAT! So personable and always supports his team to get a fair deal done. Love South Shore BMW!

The staff at this dealership are kind and courteous. They were helpful and pretty quick when taking my car and providing a very nice loaner. All good so far.nnMy X5 needed a fairly simple repair to get the engine light off so I could pass inspection - and it was covered under an extended warranty.nnThe main problems were that after a couple days communication ceased and I couldn’t get an update. I eventually got a live person on the phone and discovered the repair was already done. Then I got a call from the service rep telling me the main repair was covered but that I needed new tie rods/ball joints in the front end ($1400) and it was a safety issue.nI declined given that I was intending to trade the vehicle soon. I then took it to the 2 best mechanics I know and both told me there was nothing whatsoever wrong with the front end. They both said they’d be replacing perfect parts.nI believe these alleged cash-grabs are the reason people are reluctant to service their vehicles at dealerships outside of warranty coverage.

Flat tire on Friday afternoon. M550 sedan loaded up for long weekend trip when we experienced a blow out on the highway about 4 likes from the shop. They took us in, changed it, super nice, fast and back on the road before the traffic got heavy to continue our weekend trip. Wish I lived closer to get that kind of service! Thank you!!!

South Shore was SO great to deal with! They made everything so easy. They were not pushy at all. I appreciated how welcoming and friendly everyone was. We told our sales associate (Greg) that we were supposed to be getting married that day - but due to COVID we rescheduled and were buying a car instead. He must have told a few people, as they came over and said congratulations. It was so nice! Highly recommend!
