Such a great idea, more of these need to pop up all over the city
We love our garden plot and the new friends we've made while planting, watering, and weeding.
Actually, these gardens aren't free food for anyone passing by. The garden is divided into plots and rented out to people who plant, weed, water, and harvest it. If you are interested in renting a plot, please contact a city. Those of us renting plots don't enjoy having our hard work stolen.
It is nice that the city could do this for the residents!
Kaysville is turning communist, is that a good thing or a bad thing? The answer is it depends if you like to get free stuff. These gardens are proof of the communist policies that this city is implementing. The business model of this community garden is you are welcome to come and take anything that grows in the ground. They also encourage you to contribute to the garden. Everyday I take whatever I need to satisfy my hunger. In a couple of years I plan to grow stuff myself. When I grow my vegetables no one is allowed to take my stuff cause I am going to be the only one working on it. THANK YOU KAYSVILLE FOR BEING SO PROGRESSIVE IN YOUR POLICIES.
