I recently purchased a car and they were great! Chris was very helpful throughout the process. We felt no pressure taking the car for a test drive, he answered all of my questions, and best of all, they gave us a very reasonable value for my trade in- more than I expected to be honest. I felt they wanted to work with us to get a good deal and I’m very pleased with the experience. I recommend this dealership!

We just drove our 2017 Lexus 200NX home, our 4th purchase in the last 10 years from Herb Chambers Hingham. Our salesman, Marcus Karam, was the reason why this was the smoothest transaction of them all. Friendly, professional, and ever so helpful, Marcus completed our purchase in less than 30 minutes. We were late to take delivery on a day that Marcus was scheduled to leave at 1PM. When he could not wait any longer at 4PM, he arranged for another salesman to help us. On arrival our daughter was thrilled to see a great big red bow on the top of her Lexus! Marcus called us the next day for a status update. I told him the 200NX drove like a dream, but the car keys were flashing low battery. Marcus then expeditiously Fedexed us 2 new batteries. That is what I call service and attention to detail. Many thanks to Marcus Karam. We will will be calling you for our 5th Lexus soon!!!!!

Every person with whom I dealt was knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. My experience was fantastic. Ryan was exceptional. Not only did he met my expectations but exceeded them.

Lexus of Hingham is the 5 star treatment! The sales manager Jano and sales representative Christopher completely changed my opinion of purchasing a vehicle for the better. They both went above and beyong to make my experience of purchasing my RX350 so easy and enjoyable. From arriving at the dealership and having the vehicle prepared to test drive, completing the financing smoothly, and pickup was outfitted with a big red bow (very appreciated)! I was very specific on what I was wanted (i.e. model, color) and found exactly what I had been searching for at a fair price thanks to them. Highly recommend if you want the best service and will always be a future return customer.

I had a good car buying experience here years ago myself and an even better phenomenal experience just recently in shopping with and for my mother. She loves her brand new whip! It was refreshing and a pleasure to deal with a genuine, straight forward, fair and honest sales associate like Ryan Tierney. Great guy, great place!
