Great weekend visit! Super clean bath houses and cleaned fire pit. Small campsites but worth it because it’s so close to beautiful scenic views and cool small towns. Robin was so kind and nice during our stay. Cool campground, definitely a family style ground. If you want to get lit maybe not haha.

We made a reservation for the same week our parents were coming here, we called and talked to the owner and explained to her we would like to stay with our parents but that would put 6 people on the site and we told them we would be putting up a tent we didn’t have a camper or anything bulky. We gave her our names and our parents names thinking she would cancel our reservation.The owner said just 2 extra people wouldn’t be a big deal they just have that rule there so people don’t try to have a whole family reunion on one campsite. We got to the campsite to check in the front office and it was a totally different story in person. Brenda told us because we didn’t cancel the reservation that we still had to pay for our site but we could put our tent on our parents site. 110 dollars for 3 days and they gave us a gravel hill with no flat areas. We will NOT be back.

We’ve stayed at this campground for many years and on our way for our first return this year.nThe campground has ALWAYS been kept accessible and clean. They “cater” to allndegrees of camping modes from “primitive” tenting to large motor homes with separatenareas for each. There is a variety of appropriate utility hook-ups” available in each area.nThere is a nice playground for the kids, a basketball court, a fish scaling area and shoppingnavailable for groceries, basic needs and of course fishing equipment.nThe lovely town of Benzonia has excellent hardware and grocery stores.nI hope that if you camp there, your experiences will be s pleasant as ours have [email protected]

Very nice campgrounds. Clean showers and bathrooms. We were too early in the season for the heated pools but they looked really nice.

I’ve been staying at this campground for a long time always look forward for my yearly return. They always take care of this place
