Fast friendly services
Great selection. But the brown haired white chick is VERY disrespectful and rude. Told me I looked like a 10 year old in a very rude way. Then aggressively asked for my ID. Customer service is horrible.
Amazing customer service the girls are very educated with the products they carry. Very helpful and polite!!!
This place is nice with a great selection. The young middle eastern guy is downright rude most of the time so I tend not to go in the late afternoons/evenings but the rest of the staff is very helpful and polite. If you set your card on the counter instead of in his hand he will call you out on it as though you just told his mother to die. It's the only liquor store so if you want something not at the middleville market it's your only option.
This place is so rude I stopped going. If there's something I need that the marketplace doesn't have I don't need it. I would rather drive to Grand Rapids or Hastings than to give this store my business.
