I ordered a vest, shirt, and bow tie for my grandson to be in a wedding. Since we live 2 hours away, I ordered and paid for it by phone. The lady I spoke with when I ordered it was very pleasant. Unfortunately, that was not the case when I called two days later to apologize for the items not being returned. I didn't know that I was renting them, she never mentioned it, nor did she mention that they had to be returned when I placed the order. She was very rude, insisting that the items needed to be returned by 6:00 that day. I told her that just wasn't possible because I wasn't making a four-hour round trip to return them, and I'd be happy to ship the items. She still insisted they needed to be back by 6:00 that day.nI finally had to be not so nice myself and tell her if she wanted them, I would ship them. She then said to go ahead and ship them. Funny how she was so pleasant when she was making the money, but when things don't go her way, she's so rude. Maybe had she told me from the beginning what needed to happen, things would have gone her way. Should anyone ever ask my opinion of this shop, I would give it a TOTAL THUMBS DOWN.

Beautiful dresses for extreme budgets
The workers there are very nice and the selection of dresses was huge. Also, one we found a dress, they offered to steam it for us. Overall great service and nice selection.
