They have climate control units and it is a safe place. It has a high fence & you have to know the code to get in.
Prime Storage in Arundel is convenient to Kennebunk. The staff is helpful and friendly. I couldn't be more happier with this place and it is the second time I have needed storage over the past years. Payment is easy (on-line, in person, etc.). The grounds are kept neat and clean.
Prime is price competitive, well maintained, convenient , and easy to do business with
I've been a customer since 2017. They are currently selling my 5x10 unit for $30 cheaper/ month. This is the first time I have asked for a rate adjustment. They want me to physically move my items to a different unit to do this. Terrible customer service. Going with Kennebunk Safe Storage
I just called to give Prime a headsup on a deadbeat customer and they were less than helpful and unappreciated. I will never call them again.
