First year as a seasonal and very disappointing. First had to pay full seasonal fee with no amenities except for the pool with reservations only. The park is so dirty and old. The street signs and speed signs broken or falling off. The roads are a mess speed bumps are all broken. The bathrooms are infested with bugs. The entrance has no curb appeal like the other Campgrounds in the area. We are under new management hopefully will relay to corporate and things will get done. I have met many other residents and feel the same way. They say their concerns goes to deaf ears just an increase every year with no new changes.

Sites are nice and level. Good water pressure and shower house was clean. Staff was nice, however their after hours check in is terrible. No way to reach anyone if you have issues with the gate. Additionally, the annuals here are HATEFUL. Cussed my husband out, laid down on their horn at midnight, and threatened us physically because we couldn't get our gate key left for after hours check in to work.

Pinehurst has definitely seen a lot of changes over the past 28 years my family has been here. At present, the campground is under-staffed and the amenities are not up to par. The Adult Pool is now open to everyone, such a poor decision for those of us with grown or no kids who want to relax. The campgrounds location is keeping us here for now.

They let us make a last minute reservation and we're super kind and welcoming. The price is higher as this is an RV resort where people live.

We have truly enjoyed our time up here. Cable and Wi-Fi is horrible, but it is so relaxing and very convenient to many places.
