Just wrapping up a long fall weekend at Powderhorn and it’s as good as I remember it 8 years ago. Although it’s pretty closed up for the season the property is immaculate, sites large and good customer service. Some of the best rv resort amenities you can find. Mini golf, pools, playgrounds. Store etc. I also appreciate how up-kept the season sites are. Looking forward to coming back again next summer.

Powder Horn Family Campground was very family/kid friendly. Very clean and well organized. Staff are so nice and it was a great family experience sine the youngest boy was born. He is 4 and experienced his first camping trip. I would definitely recommend it to others. Didnt want to leave.

My family and I have been coming to Powder Horn Campground since I was a kid ! Now I’m making my own family tradition with my kids 18 years coming and we love it. So many improvements throughout the years. Super clean & friendly staff. We really needed this trip because of the whole covid lock down the staff was always checking the pools and wiping chairs down after EVERY person left very impressed and pleased with their level of safety during this whole pandemic.

Extremely disappointed! Called 10 days ago to ask for my refund was told I would hear back on it! 2 days passed then i get a call stating my refund would b processed Tuesday with other refunds! That was a week ago! A week later I’m now being told that my payment for the refund has not even been processed at all because they needed my card information!!!!! I’m livid!!!! DONT u think that should have been mentioned from the start of the first conversation when i was informed my refund was happening on Tuesday last week and i called them on Monday? Like what the heck! Now they have my card information and now I’m being told it won’t be processed for another 7-10 business days calling better business Bureau and filing a claim through them! This is absolutely ignorant and they should b able to do this refund ASAP and they are choosing NOT TO!!!!! Never will i use this campground again and I’ll be sure that i pass this around to others via social media as well that this campground is absolutely bogus!!!! Not to mention there’s no true communication what so ever

Lines moved pretty fast. We had the fried Haddock. Very tasty. Plenty of outdoor seating and tables spread out. Parking lot was a bit of a hassle with my full size pickup though.
