Pretty expensive, because of it's proximity to Old Orchard Beach. I honestly wouldn't even call this camping. It's kind of an empty lot, where you can set up tents or park an RV. Zero privacy. And you're pretty close to your neighbors. It is clean there. Probably cheaper than staying in any of the nearby hotels. And it's within walking distance of Old Orchard Beach, which is convenient.

We stayed here last night, during tropical storm Isaias. We were the only people crazy enough to tent out, and due to the fact that we had been traveling from New York we couldn’t arrange to stay somewhere else.nPeggy was super friendly and willing to help accommodate us, to make sure we had a safe tent site.nWe had a site with a platform so we were above the ground slightly, trees covered the site perfectly; no big branches that could’ve came down on us during the storm, close to the bathroom; which by the way were stupendously clean!!!!!nnI highly recommend staying here, it’s a 10 minute walk to the town, staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean!!

Nice place and friendly people. We stayed for a night. Very near to Old Orchard beach. We walked. Will come back soon
