The staff here are awesome! Super helpful and friendly. I had to return multiple times seeking to resolve an issue with my brakes and thanks to the staff's understanding and honesty, they waived all charges during my final visit and my vehicle runs beautifully now. I appreciated them valuing the money I had already spent with them trying to resolve the issue and felt highly valued as a customer. Nowhere else I'd rather go!nnThey are super quick, and keep you up to date during the whole process. As a woman, I have often felt dismissed at mechanics but not here! In fact, I love how many women I saw working there!
The worst place I probably visited. I had a recall on my car. It’s took them 3 months to work on my car - while not communicating with me at all, only when I chased them - to let me know that the car is ready. During the 3 months they told me twice that the car is ready so each time I took half day off to come and take the car just to drive few minutes and realize that nothing is fixed. In the third time they told me the car is ready I took another half day off, after waiting 45 mins just to speak with them they told me that actually the car is not ready as I’ve been told over the phone and instead the issue in the car isn’t covered by the recall and I’ve to pay $1,600(!) of course at this point I gave up and went away from those bunch of unprofessionals.
