I'm sorry to write a bad review but I feel my wife was ripped off.nI suggested taking her Honda CRV to Muzi Ford, where they charge $55 for oil change and tire rotation (in the Quick Lane, no appt required). Instead she went to this Valvoline because she was nearby. They somehow sold her an oil change for $100 (!!) and said there was no need for tire rotation (nonsense). Half the service, double the price. Good people better stay away from businesses like this.

Guys seemed distracted, yelling at eachother. Didn't know who was helping who. Almost left with no oil.
