I appreciated the time it took to schedule an appointment, have my vehicle in the shop and the timely fashion in which the work was done. The service people were very helpful and I felt that they handled my car in a very sanitized way.
I had a tire running flat. Called Sullivan Tire. Within seconds they knew who I was, the tires I had bought, and scheduled a visit right away. A few hours later, all fixed, and due to my tire protection plan, NO CHARGE. It is so nice to have personal service in an impersonal age, and at a great price.
Randy the store manager was so accommodating. He found me the best deal on 4 new Michelin tires. They fit me into the schedule on the same day that I called. They put on the tires and did the alignment. I was very pleased with the price and service. I especially appreciated Randy’s efforts. This is a great location with great service. I highly recommend Sullivan Tire and especially the Norwood location. It is conveniently located and reliable.
