Arundel Ford was very helpful! This was not my first time visiting a dealership however this was the first time I felt I was treated respectfully and not someone they're trying to push another vehicle on. They were excellent setting up a test drive talking about other options on the lot as well. When it came time to work on the price they were flexible to make the deal. The finance process was great and I wasn't insulted by the trade in offer. The truck was washed and fully fueled up before I left. I definitely see myself coming back in a few years for an upgrade and I will recommend going through them before any of the other dealerships close to Portland. You're paying more and it's a different treatment you get from the other dealerships. The whole process from start to finish only took 2 hours and I was out with a new used truck. This was for sure a home run!

The overall experience was fantastic! Our saleswoman was very accommodating. She was willing to look for the vehicle I wanted, found it at a different location and brought it back for me. She went above and beyond and made me feel like it wasn't any trouble. I recommend Arundel Ford to everyone. It's definitely worthwhile to drive out of your way to buy from them!!!

The Service Department at Arundel Ford is wonderful! My Escape recently required a significant repair; and they kept me up to date through the process and kindly answered any questions I had. I'm very happy with the quality of their work, their pricing, and their customer service. I'll definitely be going back!

They have been a great dealership to work with. Everybody was professional and not pushy to sell. All question were answered and they follow thru with they say. They even called after a couple of days to make sure your happy with your vehicle and have any questions. And said to call if you have any questions or problems.

The service department called me and explained the details regarding what my car needed! They were very patient and thorough. Excellent customer service! I would take my car back again and recommend them to my family and friends.
