The WORST possible experience. They have no respect and commitment with the customer. I made the purchase online and when I arrived to get my order the store was closed. Being that in the email was mentioning that my order was already ready for pick up, and right after that I received another email thanking me for getting my order and asking me to leave tips. The customer service just returned my money without worrying about the fact that I had driven an hour to pick it up and waited another half hour outside trying to call in the hope of having an employee inside the store. I am very disappointed I am a customer for 3 years and this is how they care about customer satisfaction.

Staff made us feel very unwelcome because we were waiting in there for our ride on a cold night. We were quietly waiting and there were no other customers, but they kicked us out because we were not buying their stuff.

I mean, I have never tasted any of your drinks but charcoal doesnt sound yummy. Please stop putting calary in every liquid that god gave us. Merry monday.
