Great people, great shoes, great prices. My hooves are shod with what has to be the lightest, most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned. Nike be damned...New Balance has it covered.
New Balance sells the only shoes that fit my horrible feet. It is always well-worth the hour drive to get locally-made sneakers that last 3-4 years with daily use. It's always great 1:1 customer service.nnCOVID conditions: well able to physical distance. Sanitizer available at the door. Masks required & all staff were properly protected. Restrooms & Fitting rooms are currently closed. The store has amended hours at this time. I highly recommend calling before you go.
This is a few weeks late, but my mother and I went to basically get her foot measured as she got new orthotics and the New Balance sneakers I ordered on-line were too small. Not only were we able to return the on- line purchase at the store but we walked out with two different pairs which were a perfect fit. We worked with two associates, Geri and Sharon, who spent a lot of time educating us on proper size and fit, how to correctly put in the orthotics. They patiently brought out different sizes/styles until we found the right pair. I will definitely be going back to and can’t say thank you enough for their kindness, knowledge and professional demeanor. Thank you! ud83dude0a
