What is it with all these cold storage facilities?? Get you in a door, unload product, get the lumper fee and then you wait..... And wait some more. If I pay you, that paperwork better be done. Completely ridiculous and kills valuable hours on any drivers clock. It’s no wonder it takes so long, the workers here take more smoke breaks than anything I’ve ever seen.
We have been here since 7 a.m. It's noon. We had to wait til 8:30 a.m. to get a door because there was a trailer dropped in door 4, the high door so had to wait on yard Jockey to get in and move it. The truck moves, being unloaded little bit like every half hour. Go in and ask why still not unloaded. Said still waon it and lumper fee was 400$! Nobody knew about this!
77 cases 3 hours and still waiting on paperwork two speeds slow and dead not a place I would want to come to avoid at all cost going to be late on my next appointment at us foods but this place wants to have late fees if ur late but don't care about ur next stop

On dock at 6:30 am for 700 am appointment 4.5 hours later still waiting for the paperwork so I can go late for next appointment already
