Didn't get our order right 3 times!!

The waitress was very sweet and the food was fairly decent, which is the reason I even gave a star. The main issue here was SMOKING. Several minutes after arriving my sons and I arrived, we could distinctly smell that someone was smoking INSIDE the building. We continued our meal uneventfully but before departing I decided to use the restroom. I had to walk through closed glass doors to get to the restrooms and once I opened them I was COMPLETELY overwhelmed by the scent of marijuana burning. It was unmistakable. Once done in the restroom I tried to go back to my table but the two glass doors I went through were locked and I had to bang on the door to be let in to get back to my table. The signs to get to the restroom were clearly marked but even if I had somehow mistakenly entered an employee restroom, there is NO REASON anyone should be smoking marijuana inside that building or even on the premises. The fact that the doors were locked leads me to believe it was employees consciously choosing to partake. We left just before 8 and the restaurant closes at 8. This is VERY unacceptable! Fix it, IHOP.

Very good experience. We were the first ones there, waitress/hostess was extremely friendly and helped us in a timely manner even tho they started getting packed and she was the only one. Food was really good and wait extremely fair prices. Would recommend.

I don't normally rate chain restaurants high or make non comical casement about them.nThis place was a great addition to the day. My server was a delight and attentive, the place was very clean, my food came in a timely manner and was plated nicely.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner one night and ordered online. I called to let them know when we arrived and sadly was told they had no ice cream for the milkshake I wanted and said they’d give us two drinks instead. I was upset but was even more unimpressed when I was brought out two small cups in place of the milkshake. I was expecting two “regular” size cups, not children’s cups, especially because that price difference doesn’t match up. — Now onto the food. I asked for the gluten-friendly pancakes, which turned out not to be gluten friendly. My boyfriend got the Leches pancakes, which by the name, should be... moist at least. The pancakes he got were so dry even two containers of syrup didn’t help. Definitely NOT a leches pancake. We both didn’t feel good after eating here. Overall, extremely unimpressed and will never go back.
