Purchase a brand new pontoon two years ago, they winterized first year and left a washer out. Boat leaked oil all winter in my garage. Had boat winterized this year and they never put the dip stick back in. Called this summer looking for a part for my boat and was told they would have to look into it and no one ever called me back. Hours are horrible and not convenient to the customer. Very disappointed with the service and will be going elsewhere in the future, which is really to bad because Nadeau’s is very close and convenient to my home.

I would not trust or deal with this company for anything. Extremely unprofessional.nnBrooke Emery is the manager for this company. Why do you feel the need to post a Google review as a customer when you work for the company Brooke??? Pretty misleading right off the bat. Must not get many positive reviews organically to stoop to that.nnI wouldn't trust these simple ladies to run a bath let alone a marine dealership.

Nadeau’s Marine has the best prices for boats, motors and trailers in New England. They are all so professional and great to purchase from. They hold to their word and work. The mechanics do amazing thorough work and care for the customers belongings. Also have the best pricing for winterizing and shrink wrap! Guaranteed no one can beat their prices or work ethic! Great place, great people, and the best products! People travel hours to get their boats and motors worked on here! And I see why! Best place around hands down.

I purchased a 15 hp tohatsu last fall long shaft. I picked itup put it on my boat . When I ran it water came over transom. I Screwed up my boat was made for short shaft. The folks at Nadeau's did not make the mistake I did. What did they do next ?Solved the problem.nThey built up the transom . They had one of their employees bring a trailer to a landing near me , pick up the boat. I don't have a trailer.They returned the boat with the motor mounted ,transom built up at a fair cost the next morning. What more could you ask of a dealer.nGreat service very professional.
