Food was bland as well as service.
I loved the food here! I got the lobster roll, which I really enjoyed. My party also got the steamers, fish tacos, the chowder, and grilled chicken sandwich, and everyone was happy with their orders. The service was very nice, too.
The oysters were definitely not fresh. I had to spit out one because of its foul smell and taste. The fish tacos were the fishiest tacos i ever tasted. The Margrita i ordered said Patron, Cointreau and lime. It had sour mix that was never indicated on the menu. I will never take my family there again.
I used to love going to this place but this summer I have not had an opportunity. every time I've tried they were either closed seriously what restaurant in their right mind closes at 4 p.m. )there was a chance of rain and they decided to close early (as we were walking in requesting a table )even though they have inside seating. but it looks like from the reviews I'm not missing much anymore so sad I guess I'll stop trying.
Blackened haddock sandwich and crab cake dinner were excellent. Shrimp appetizer was kind of tasteless, and my margarita was nothing to write home about. Good service and a nice water view. Kind of pricey, but I'd go back.
