This is the best lobster place in Acadia! It has everything a tired tourist family needs after a whole day of hiking - great affordable super fresh food, large and safely arranged space outdoors where families (even with with young kids) can relax, picnic-style, enjoying the views of the bay, of the fire pit, and of the friendly crew working skillfully. Make reservations couple of hours before your visit, and bring your jackets and a blanket to enjoy your outdoor breezy sunset dinner in full comfort.

This place is fantastic. We tried the crab and pimento grilled cheese and the chicken sandwich. Both were cooked perfectly. The crab grilled cheese was flavorful and crunchy and the chicken sandwich was smoky and crispy while being balanced by a light garlicky sauce and pickles. Definitely worth a visit.nnWe also tried the Moxie beans. They were tasty, but the beans were firmer than we initially expected. Not our favorite dish of the bunch, but an interesting take on a Maine staple.nnIt's tucked back off the road inside Acadia National Park, but there is a large, clear sign at the turnoff for the restaurant that is very helpful. There is plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the bay, which makes this place a good visit even while social distancing.

Super delicious BLT with lobster. Good corn bread. Boiled lobster perfect as always.nnCOVID distancing is good. Nice spacing out and outdoor picnic tables work perfectly. The staff made us comfortable and tables were disinfected with cute rocks painted clean or dirty. The tools name and number for contact tracing, which was nice.nnThe views are spectacular. Just perfect of the harbor. Great Maine meal.

Awesome place that felt like a hidden gem. The outdoor seating was beautiful, the service was great. I had the lobster roll and it was perfect, not too much mayo. My husband had the fried clams and he said they were the best he's ever had. The blueberry margarita was strong and delicious. So glad we found this place on our trip!

I like chowders in general, but the lobster chowder here was amazing! The creamy broth, and that hint of sweetness from the corn made just perfect. You also cannot beat drinking a local beer while overlooking the water. When in Maine, this is a must-visit place.
