This has been one of the most remarkable and memorable sites I have ever seen. The view is breathtaking and anyone can enjoy. PLEASE NOTE, you need to get a park pass AS WELL as a parking permit for this specific summit. The staff is super helpful and are happy to answer all questions. Best part of this park is that if you are not a hiker or simply do not like hiking, the drive around this park alone is worth it.

Beautiful spot in Acadia to watch the sunset . We wanted to stay late and do some star gazing as well but sadly it was cloudy . Maybe in our next visit.

Worth the drive up! Road is paved all the way and easy for a mountain road. Parking is busy, but just keep looking and you'll find a spot. There a lot of groomed walk ways, so it's fairly accessible.

Amazing views . A must see when in the area. Parking can be challenging Go as early as possible. Sunset is spectacular. So aren't the crowds

Okay it is a cool view and it is nice that it just a quick drive but it is so crowded and we found better views from smaller mountain hikes in the park.
