There are no visitor services at this location, its just offices and limited parking. If you need maps or information you either have to do to Hulls Cove Visitor Center April - October, or go to the winter information location at the Bar Harbor Chamber office at Cottage Street and Main Street in Bar Harbor. Enjoyable park though.

It's a little funny sometimes what Google asks us to review, and this is a good example. I was over at park headquarters recently for a Friends of Acadia meeting. I'm sure you already know how wonderful Acadia National Park is, and how great the staff are as well. Did you know that FoA is also an important member of the park team and deserves your support. Well, they are and they do. In this case we were having a start of season meeting for Acadia Winter Trails Association, the part of FoA that grooms the Carriage Roads for cross country and skate skiing. Think snow folks, and we'll have a wonderful winter here at ANP!

As with all national parks, this one is magnificent. Lots of varied beauty from ocean beach to the highest mountain on the east coast.

some really nice views, arguably the nicest on the east coast HOWEVER BEWARE of the BIASED park rangers that troll around and may be followed around. if you aren't the racial majority or don't drive a shiny newer car like most that come here you can be targeted by a park ranger like MIKE EASTMAN, BADGE 1069. he approached us with two other accomplices. mr. eastman made some derogatory comments, put his hand on his gun, then demanded my gf drop a small stone she had picked up as a keepsake. he yelled at her saying it is US government property, what a psychopath! i'm never going back there again, no thank you we don't need to be a target of their discrimination.

This place is beautiful! Park guest services are great. Parking is convenient and not invasive of nature at the same time. First time I've been there and I only did one trail because of time constraints I had but definitely plan on coming back and doing more
