I've never had a good experience with this dealership, from dealing with sales to their service department. Most recently and my last service experience with them, they left my vehicle in the middle of an access road where I work when they dropped the car off after being serviced. I reported this when I received an automated email from Ford, and weeks later received and envelope with just a free oil change coupon and nothing explaining what it was for. I'll be driving to Livermore Falls now when having my Ford serviced.
