Called to order sushi last night. I let the hostess know that the person I ordered the tuna roll for had an allergy to salmon and crab. She said she didn’t understand because there isn’t crab or salmon in a tuna roll. I let her know that I understood, but if possible, it would be great if the sushi chef could use a clean board to prep the sushi. She said she didn’t understand because the chef washes the knife.nnShe became very defensive and argumentative when I felt like it was a very normal ask. Didn’t follow through with the order because of how rude she was.
My first time visiting so I ordered the only thing that I knew on the menu...The Pad Thai with chicken. It was absolutely delicious and was a huge portion!

I first went to Chopstick sushi years ago and sadly I was disappointed at the meal I had there. But I recently I decided to give it another shot. I am really happy to say that the second time around was great. Their sushi is great quality, their portions are generous, and their wait staff there takes great care of you. I will definitely be visiting Chopstick Sushi regularly from now on.
