The trainers are wonderful & professional at this gym. Barbra keeps me on track and is COMPLETELY AMAZING with an injury that I have & making necessary adjustments to keep me from getting hurt. She truly cares!nI cannot think of one piece of equipment that they are missing.nWould love to better circulate the air in the weight room.nRegarding the previous review that mentioned Freeport is better - I have been to both & find them equivalent.
Rebecca, she is a trainer there and holds the BEST classes for your body! If you want a a killer workout go see her! She does tabata, spin and TRX! Love her and the community of men and women there!

Been coming here since I was a little kid. On a clear day you can see Mt. Washington in the distance. The pool is luxurious and the bowling is always fun.
The staff are super friendly at this YMCA. There's a large gym for basketball, a small heated pool, and candlepin bowling. The candlepin bowling has a lot of technical problems, but the staff are always willing to let you use a different lane.
