I’ve joined several facilities throughout the US. This facility had the worst communication and follow-through I’ve ever experienced. Several sketchy occurrences happened and I’ll never be back.
Well laid out and very clean facility.
I was from outta town. No card. They were helpful and courteous...unlike Portland. Appreciate the kindness. Didn't feel like I was a criminal for tryn to use the gym in Falmouth ME.! Thanks to the crewud83dude0e
The Planet Fitness facility at Falmouth is seldom crowded and the staff is obliging and helpful. The music is set to the correct volume so that if you want to listen to it you can but it is not overwhelming and requiring your own personal set of earbuds to drown out the volume. The place is airy and well lit; the ceilings, unlike some facilities, is painted white instead of black, giving it a more open feel. Locker areas and showers are clean, well maintained and in excellent condition.
