Good store. Bought a defective Juul device here and the store wouldn’t take it back. They said to talk to Juul about it, however Juul isn’t allowed to ship replacements in the state of Maine apparently...

I wanted to really give NYV some props. I have not been inside the store yet since the ownership changed because my wife has four comorbid conditions that put her at very high covid risk. But, I have very regularly ordered curbside delivery pizzas along with other items. Not only have the pizzas been delicious (best in the area in our estimation) but the staff has been friendly and accommodating. They have taken time with me on the phone at every turn to help me in any way possible and made the process great for us.

Only been once and won’t be back. Staff was rude, can’t pay at the pumps, so went to pay inside (no signage), grabbed drinks and tried to prepay like any other store to be told rudely I should have pumped first. Was then told to hurry up and pump. Ran outside and started pump trying to go quickly to have the man yell at me from the store door to shut off my engine. Never quite had such a terribly rude experience at a gas station before. It’s a shame since I live not far off from this place. Will never go back.
