Lots For Tots

Very disappointed in the entire experiencennI sent in 2 large totes of clothes to Lots for Tots most of the items still had tags on them, to list a few of the items there were kids sleepers, at least ten kids (possibly Old Navy) long and short sleeve shirts and an Old Navy vest all still with tags on them. There was also a couple pairs of Old Navy jeans that had only been washed but never worn and a pair of L.L. Bean slippers which may have been worn three times only to name a few.nAll these items had been bought for my daughters sizes ranging from medium to extra large.nWhen my daughter dropped the totes off she was told they would call her when they had gone through it all. They did call her to tell her that she could pick up what they didn’t want.nWhen she got back to pick the items up she was told that that part of the shop that buys back items was closed. She was not told that when the items were dropped off, if she was she would have returned to the store earlier to see what the store had picked out Unfortunately she was not able to do that.nWhen she got home we found that The store had taken everything that was nicely folded in our totes and unfolded them so it looked like our two totes were still almost full.nWhile I folded The items back up I noticed what they had taken and what a small amount of stuff they sent back. I was shocked when I saw what they had taken and that they had paid me $32 for all the item they took, $32, that’s it!!!! there was hundreds of dollars in clothes in the two totes and I got back approximately 20 items no doubt they sold the L.L. Bean slippers for more than $32.nThe girls they have working there are rude with zero customer service skills. I will definitely not go back to this store it was not a good experience and I will be sure to pass that along.

This place always has what we’re looking for. We rarely leave empty handed. Prices are fair and condition of clothing and items is top notch.

I enjoy browsing here and occasionally I will purchase some items for my children. Most of the items are high quality and clean but they’re often quite pricey. I also come here to consign our outgrown clothing and baby toys and gear. Unfortunately they pay pennies for brand clothing and items to the point it’s barely worth consigning most of the time! (We bring in hundreds of dollars worth of things and walk out with $20!) However my family has a busy lifestyle so I guess for the convenience that’s a sacrifice we make because otherwise we would just donate our outgrown things anyways.

I bought my daughter 2 baby outfits here. Very good quality clothing here. But also quite pricey. 2 0-6 month's outfits for 28.00 dollars. I think that is steep for used baby clothes. Otherwise very clean and neat.
