Placed our mobile order for pick up; the location took the order and accepted payment while confirming that we would be able to pick it up in a matter of minutes.nnWhen we arrived, there was a sign saying that the cafe was closed. All the mobile order signage was up, so we called the baristas per the instructions in the front door. The phone rang and rang until it hung up, so we called again... and again there was no answer.nnApparently, after completing the online order process this location expects you to wait in a 15-car line to complete your convenient, time-saving online order process.

I feel like two stars is generous, but it’s my fault for expecting anything different. This location consistently serves watered down coffees and they NEVER EVER remember the classic syrup that comes default in the iced coffee- even if I specify add it (because I know they’ll forget it). This is the closest Starbucks to me and I guess I just will stop coming because it’s never truly worth the drive.

Good food, good people, horrendously long drive through times. Expect 2-3 minutes per car. Advice, order on the app before you arrive and pick up in store. Don't wait in the drive thru. It's embarrassing how long the wait is.

The person that took our order was sweet! But once we got to the window our drinks looked curdled, everything was separating and i didn’t wanna even touch it. Our sandwiches were hot, the first few bites was amazingly hot but the rest was just straight up COLD.

They say they open at 6am, but multiple times I have been there at 6, waited in the drive through for greater than 10 minutes, only to find they hadn’t opened yet with no explanation or apology. I gave them one more chance today and went around 6:30 and they were actually open but had not yet brewed the coffee I came for (decaf). This is the last time I’ll visit this Starbucks.
