Hired Mr Electric based on strength of reviews and was not disappointed. Pricing was fair and work was done perfectly and professionally. Derek and Isaiah were fast and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They made sure everything was satisfactory before asking for payment and they stayed within the price quoted. Would highly recommend and will certainly use them again in the future.

I had an awesome experience with Mr. Electric. My technicians name was Ian Hall. He was very thorough and price was fair for the amount of work he did. And the work is guaranteed..so definitely a plusud83dude01

The issues I had were addressed and the customer service was great. I had half of my rooms and fixtures required and ceiling fan boxes installed and they were finished sooner than I thought they would be. They also did a great job cleaning up. If I need anymore electrical work done Mr. Electric will be my first call.

I can't say enough about how fantastic Mr. Electric has been. Twice now they've saved me when it seemed like nobody else would. In early 2020, we utilized their services for a remodeling project after we parted ways with the original electrician on the project. Matt came onto the project and was able to pick it up and complete things. They offered a reasonable price for the work being done and Matt ensured it was finished properly. At the beginning of 2021 (literally, January 1) our power went out along with 30K others. However, our electrical meter was ripped from our house and AEP won't restore power with that issue. I couldn't get any electricians to come on short notice - and even had another electrician commit to coming and never calling me back the next day. Mr. Electric answered the call and Brad showed up and did a fantastic job. I've already committed that Mr. Electric will be our goto electricians from here on out.

I was given a estimate for work which entailed extensive rewiring and cutting severaL holes into the plaster in the walls an ceiling if my home to add an electrical box and update the wiring for a ceiling fan. The electrician advised the work would be take additional time. Since I had removed the ceiling fan that was very shaker already and had wires sticking out of the ceiling, I was afraid of fire if I did not have the work completed. The electrician then was able to complete the work within an hour without the extra work of making any cuts into the walls or ceiling and even stated it was much easier than he had expected it to be. He still charged the full amount of the estimate even though he didn't have to do the amount of work or spend the amount of time he expected.nI have contacted the company with my concern and they have ignored my request to discuss why the estimate could not have been modified to reflect the actual work completed (the reason the electrician gave for charging the full amount of the estimate).nI would have accepted the charges without concern if someone had been willing to explain the reason for the discrepancy in the amount of work and time projected (charged) and the amount of work and time actually provided.nn11/24/2020 Update I have received an email stating I would be refunded a portion of my over-payment, as of today, I have not received the refund and I am still waiting . I have not received any further communication from Mr. Electric via phone or email. If and when I do receive the stated refund I will consider revising my evaluation of their company.nn12/8/2020 Update: I did receive the reimbursement of the amount requested for the services rendered for the above repairs. Mr Electric was upstanding in their efforts to make things right following our difficulties. I appreciate their time and attention to this matter. I still think they should make the customer aware at the outset that the quoted price will be the amount charged whether less work is required than anticipated or not. That fact was not clear when we engaged their services at all.
