Great customer service great bunch of people.
In mid June we found ourselves in a bind my moms husband of 30 years passed away and my mother is in a wheelchair. I tried to get help from the facility she is in to get transportation for her so I could get her to the funeral but they were unable to find any. That is when I found the number for Superior Van and Mobility and at first it did not look like they could help us because of an event in Indianapolis, but the staff did not give up and found us a van in Ft Wayne and were able reserve it for us. Thankfully due to their hardwork and customer service they made it possible for my mother to attend her husband's funeral and all us were truly grateful for that. Thanks again for everything and I would recommend your company to any who would needs a handicap accessible van rental all of you are awesome.
