We are long time customers of Tom Tepe. The service department has always taken great care of our vehicles. We purchased our second vehicle there yesterday. Went looking for a truck. We were shown three and that was the magic number! We purchased the third truck! It was smooth sailing. All the ducks were in a row. Met a really friendly salesperson by the name of Willy. Later met Zach in finances, who was very thorough and pleasantnIt was a beautiful day and found a very nice truck!nIt was a great experience. I highly recommend this car dealership. I would give them 10 stars if possible! I was in a pickle looking for a dependable vehicle and Alyssa reached out to me telling me she would take care of me and my needs! Within 24hrs not only did she set me up with a very Professional dealer (Russle) they had me in the vehicle I desperately wanted to be in. I drove over two hours to their dealership if that tells you anything. I had worked with three different dealerships the day before and got nothing but static and procrastination. Working with Alyssa and Russle and their financial team I was back on the road the same day and was able to save my job! They made the whole process as painless as possible.
