Gorgeous place but it feels extremely isolated and like it gets few visitors. I'd recommend going here with a group. Overall not a huge place with limited hiking so probably not worth going out of your way for. Also a warning, when I left this place I did have ticks on me! Be careful out there and maybe avoid because of that. If you're going wear tick/mosquito repellent and I'd recommend not wearing any shorts.
Coolest preserve around and worth the drive. Really explore every part of this place for the full experience. No need to stay on the trail when in the canyon. So beautiful and rare to find a place like this.
This place is a hidden gem! So beautiful, we plan on going back when the ferns are in full force! The trail is easy and nice!
Really cool hidden gem. If you are driving too fast you might miss the tiny parking lot. The single trail is about 1.5 miles long. The beginning is easy and towards the end it gets moderate/difficult. There are ruins form and old quarry, beautiful cliffs, moss, and ferns.
Its very nice. No bathroom
