Couldn't be happier with the company, the work and the results!nnWe had some tricky areas to tackle, a two story family room connected with a stairway to the second floor, and also with the second floor hallway. None of those areas had been painted since the house was built; flat white paint all around. We were looking to get those surfaces done. Bruce was very quick in returning my call for a quote and estimate, and came out straight away to discuss paint options and timing; very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions.nnWhat followed was an amazing model of efficiency and professionalism - the color consultant was money well spent, to help us coordinate all the different areas. In addition to selecting the colors for painting to be done, we also had to find selections that would coordinate with both the first floor hallway and kitchen, both of which already had color. She was great at helping us find the perfect balance, including having an accent wall, which was a new concept for us; and also with samples of carpeting that had been ordered.nnThe painters were the best crew; on time, professional, respectful of our space, and Got It Done in the stated time - how they got to the top of the second story (and the ceiling (!) ) with the equipment they had, I will never know - but it somehow came out perfect!nnProvided some photos of the final results below. It's been a couple of months now, and I can say that I'm still very happy with the work - our interior renovations are nearly done, and it's amazing how the colors have transformed these spaces.nnWould highly recommend this company; I intend to go back to them when it's time to tackle the bedrooms!

We had a wonderful experience with CertaPro. Carly was in constant contact keeping us updated. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Jim painted our cabinets and did an awesome job. He was also clean and respectful of our space. He was also a really nice guy and a pleasure to have around. We are looking forward to having CertaPro paint the rest of our home in a few weeks.

From the first contact, throughout the entire process, and even after completion when I had an issue, Bruce and his team were outstanding! I had two interior rooms and their ceilings painted. Both rooms were very deep hard to cover colors. I appreciated that Bruce’s quote included priming the walls as opposed to adding extra layers of paint. I had done research and found this to be the best method, however, not one of the other 3 companies I got estimates from suggested it. When I specifically asked for priming, I was told it wasn’t necessary. I had done enough research to know that it was best practice for great results. There were many other aspects I liked about CertaPro as well, but what is most important is how well I was treated after the project was completed and I had an issue. They offered to immediately fix the problem (which was only visible in daylight and why the painter didn’t catch it) and were so apologetic and friendly. Our quote was fair and lined up with other quotes we had received, even though they were taking the extra priming step. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote! Go with CertaPro and have peace of mind that the customer service continues even after your project is finished!

They did a terrific job at our new home.nNeat, clean, and efficient.nThey also repaired several fine cracks and touched up the paint at my daughters home. After a storm damaged our home, we needed exterior painting. I called CertaPro and the local franchise owner Bruce, came out and produced an estimate on the spot, complete with pictures and descriptions of all the work to be performed in the contract.nOnce I signed a contract, the office staff called and e-mailed me throughout the process, aiding in color selection and answering scheduling questions, which I greatly appreciated because we were coordinating with several other contractors on our project site at the same time.nThe CertaPro crew checked in with me several times during the painting process to be sure the color and quality of work was to my satisfaction. They even completed this work ahead of schedule, and left the premises so clean you couldn't even tell they were there! If you need exterior painting, give this company a call; you won't be disappointed.
