I made an appointment online, confirmed it, showed up ten minutes early and the door was locked with lights off. I called to leave a voice mail and texted a couple minutes after my appointment time to let her know I was here and waiting but there was no response. I stuck around and even the owner of the suites talked with me. About 20 to 25 minutes into my appointment I left. I was expecting to get an apology call but its been a week and there was no follow up. It's a shame if I didn't show up I would get charged but since she didn't show nothing happened other than me wasting my time.

I've never had a negative experience here. Shaina really knows what she is doing and her services are budget friendly. She has helped me to find new styles for my hair and has helped me to find the right shape for my beard. My wife also goes to Shaina every time. She has gotten several cuts, colors and styles and they all came out looking perfect. I would definitely recommend going to see her.

Just had my hair done by Shaina. I wasn't sure what to expect because I had never met her but I was truly impressed by her professionalism. I had full highlights, toner and a cut and I was done in 2 hours and she was on schedule. The time flew by because we had such great conversation. I absolutely love the color and cut, and am happy to have found such quality service. Highly recommended!

I came across Lush Hair Salon Studio page on Facebook and I'm so happy that I did! Shaina's very professional and has a wonderful attitude. It was my first time meeting her and she exceeded my expectations especially because going from red to blonde is a process but she was able to get my hair as light as possible on the first session. I was very happy and impressed how my hair came out today. I highly recommend Shaina for your hair needs.
