When our world was turned upside down by the pandemic, Eagle Academy turned right away to technology to continue to bring karate training to all of us. The online classes have been wonderful for keeping our family moving, learning, and connected to our training. It is a great way to stay connected when so isolated at home, physically challenged and engaged, and it has kept us and our kids active all these weeks.
Having been in martial arts for a number of years before moving to Aurora, finding a good school for my family to train together at was extremely important to me. I am so thankful that my family has found not only an outstanding martial arts school, but also essentially an “extended family.” Eagle Academy has opportunities for every age and every level, and is something that the whole family can take part in.nnThe instructors are not only extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, but they truly care about each and every student, helping them build self-discipline, focus, and physical skills while at the same time having fun doing it. In each class, we sweat, we smile, and we learn.nnWith the onset of the COVID-19 virus, Master Treacy immediately provided opportunities for students to still participate in class daily via Zoom as well as a take-it-at-your-own-pace course on Canvas Instructure. It has been such a blessing!nnWe are very lucky to be a part of the Eagle family!
Master Tracy and all the masters are fantastic and very friendly. They don't only teach Marshal ata but they also teach life skills to kids and good attitude.
My daughter started there 7 years ago and I started 4 years ago. The classes are great with focus on attitude and learning at all levels.
