Wonderful front desk staff. Polite, courteous and respectful. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The only thing I wish they had were classes in a studio. Still, great value! I highly recommend this location.

I’ve been using this gym for about 6 months now, prior I was a LA Fitness member for 10 years. The gym is cleanly for the most part and the equipment works. I have never had a problem with the staff they have always been exceptionally friendly. COVID restrictions are generally followed by gym goers with the few exceptions of guests with masks improperly under their noses.nnI was satisfied and comfortable attending this gym until today when the manager came up to me as I was finishing my workout on the treadmill and told me I couldn’t have my small drawstring bag on the floor and that I keep this in mind for next time. Before he had come up to me I had already picked up my bag and was on my way to clean up the equipment. However, the woman on the treadmill next to mine didn’t even have her mask covering her nose.nnWhat’s more important to Planet Fitness? My small drawstring bag sitting next to me on an empty treadmill or the woman next to me possibly spreading coronavirus to everyone in the gym? Not to mention when this man approached me he also violated 6 ft social distancing guidelines.nnI will be cancelling my membership and finding a new place to workout... maybe somewhere not so hypocritical.

Awesome facilities. Clean, spacious, and I felt welcomed by the associates working the counter. I am not a member of the Bolingbrook location but I am looking forward to returning for a visit.

Very clean. GREAT value. (massage and tanning beds included for less than $25!) As many or more machines than everywhere else nearby--including a circuit training area. The only reason I don't give 5 is because free weights & dumbbells are not as extensive (or heavy) as some will want. I think that's what they're going for though.

Employees are trying to keep it clean and nice, but they dont ask people to wear masks or clean after themselves until I went and complaint about them. plenty of people dont wear mask when they move from one side to another or walk around. My suggestion is to find those and suspend thier membership for risking others.
