Always a great experience when I come here. Today we brought our 2 older sons to get a taper & our 14mon to get his first cut. Amazing & so pleased!!

It was a great workout and very clean. The staff was very welcoming and really took the time to explain everything to me so I was comfortable.
I was charged a fee for placing my membership on hold despite corporate releasing a statement that there would be no fees. I spoke to the owner who told me he would refund the fee. When the fee still hadn’t been refunded a week later, I called and spoke to another male employee who told me he would leave a message for the owner, Jordan. They still did not resolve the issue. Since then, I’ve called and left voicemails (Since no one answers the phone anymore) that were not returned. I have also texted the number- no response. This lack of response is highly unprofessional.
If you want to take out the guess work for getting in shape then Orange Theory Fitness is the place. Coaches are great, atmosphere is motivating and the coaches are fun.
