Coaches are fantastic and everyone has been so encouraging. Great night of experience levels. If you haven't tried CrossFit this is a good place to learn with the beginner package they offer. It's also a great place for experienced folks as well but being a newbie I can't review from that perspective.
I see Piotr here with Movement, Performance and Function for Physical Therapy and he's the best of the best! Highly recommend him!

Awesome place, the coaches are top notch, super knowledgeable and always helpful. I came here after bouncing around, joining different gyms with boring classes that did not challenge me. After 3 months of joining Resurgence, following the workouts and eating right, I feel great and everyone around me is noticing. I have nothing but good things to say about this gym. Highly recommended.
I love this place!! The owners and entire staff are the best!!! Outstanding customer service, just an all around great place to workout, meet new people and enjoy the family like atmosphere.
