I am not a salon person...well. I wasn't, that is. I didn't even have my hair done for my wedding. ud83eudd26♀ufe0f I needed to get a real hair cut so I came here. OMG. Kellie is FANTASTIC. I visited the salon without an appointment. They took me right away and ebony gave me the best haircut ever. I love my hair. I have gotten so many compliments
Disappointed. I’ll keep this as blunt and short as I can to help you make your decision. I was excited to see that this place was so highly rated! Except it started with how I noticed they watched my mom stand for 30-40m without offering her a place to sit, not to mention they barely spoke to us at all, which was kinda uncomfortable. Then the lady doing my hair was very rough (especially considering that she told me she was not going to bleach my hair because it was damaging, then she ripped my hair). I was happy with the color, but definitely not happy with the application. I got hair dye all over my face (which I guess could be from wearing a mask so I’ll let THAT slide), but i can physically point out at least 3 CHUNKS of hair that she missed and is VERY noticeable.
We got a coupon for a free haircut so gave it a try. Jennifer was very welcoming and friendly. Left with more coupons! On line check is convenient.
I felt safe with the procedures in place. Plus my hair looks great!
