If you buy a $15 dollar car wash and their car wash is broken, they won’t refund you!!!!! They offer a voucher instead. Ridiculous. If I buy something from you that you can’t provide you should refund it. I don’t want to hope I don’t loose a tiny piece of paper to eventually get my money’s worth
