Constantly have issues with this store. The last three times we've got a prescription from here it has been incorrect. When I brought it to their attention they attempted to charge me for the correct prescription that should have been completely covered by insurance and had to be brought to corporate. Then they never made a note in the computer like they were supposed to so once again they attempted to give us the incorrect prescription.

Had to pick my moms meds up after her mastectomy. They were rude and slow and followed me around like I was a thief. So glad I dont live in Illinois anymore. I asked them to text or call name. They couldn't even do that. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this cvs in Freeport Illinois.

I have used CVS pharmacy for awhile now and have never ran into any problems until recently. It's now the second time they've messed up a prescription, by changing it to some generic form that makes me sick. I've had my doctor call and specify that my prescription should not be changed to any other form then what was prescribed, but here i am again with the wrong prescription. Will be looking into a new pharmacy
