The trainers are what makes or breaks a gym and CFBN has the best trainers you can find. they pay very close attention to form and make sure we perform the exercises correctly.nnThe classes were very encouraging and you would feel motivated each day to perform better.nnI had to move out of US and have not been able to find coaches who train so perfectly. I definitely miss CFBN.

Awesome place. Dropped in here from out of town for a couple of workouts. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. Programming/workouts are great and tons of flexibility

Great place to get a killer work out and still have a good time. All the coaches are great. Chad the owner takes interest in each athlete. The programming is well done as well. The space is pretty big and equipment is all top notch
