Brian was great to work with. Knew what the problem was within five minutes, gave me a time frame on when it would be done and the price before I left. He was true to his word. The best part was they fixed the car the same day when other mechanics in the area and two of the dealerships in the Norwood/Walpole area said they would not be able to get to the car that week. Highly recommend going to them first before going to anyone else in the area.
I highly recommend the team at Stone Street Automotive. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my car in for an oil change and the 50k checkup. They quickly assessed the whole vehicle and then Brian walked me through the additional maintenance they recommended, as well as a pricing estimate for each item on the list. I was strongly encouraged to get the brake work done right away, but I never felt pressured. I felt like the team had my safety at heart.
