The worst place ever I started a membership with this gym and at the time they had no way to get us key cards since their online server was down about two and a half weeks later we called and were able to get our key cards and we have them activated and go to use them, magically it didn’t work to open the door so we couldn’t use it, got that issue fixed in about a week and then we are charged for the next months fee, so now we have paid two months and not able to go even one time. Once we finally able to get in half of the machines are broken or don’t work. When we called and asked about canceling our membership we were hung up on two different times, we then sent them an email and asked to cancel and the email we got back said “it’s canceled”. No I’m sorry no trying to keep our business, they just didn’t care never ever again with snap fitness specifically this franchise
