The gym is generally clean. This workout equipment is quite modern.Staff is amazing and friendly. I love it here.

Lots of equipment options and lots of simple touches that show that this place has hands-on management. Stacks of towels, clean spray and water. Glad to be a member!

Crossfit mfc is a great gym with a friendly atmosphere!nThe coaches are very professional and always there for help and coaching your movement to make sure you understand the movement and your own bodies mobility!nnAlways a different workout.nMany different class hours to choose from.nnUnlimited classes for monthly fee.nNo hidden fees like other commercial gyms!!nNever loved a place more!! Going on 2 years here and still not leaving.

Crossfit MFC is the first place in a long time where I've actually felt successful while working out (and I've done boxing, personal training, individualized training programs, etc.). The trainer/owner, Ryan, does a fantastic job of modifying every exercise to meet an individual where they're at, while still challenging them! I have not done a full-range lunge in 10+ years, but now I'm able to do so with appropriate accommodations put in place by Ryan. I've seen great improvement in my strength and balance in the first 3 weeks and cannot wait to see my results in the next few months!

Amazing and well kept gym. Their services are always fantastic. The equipment are fantastic.
