The greatest!.
Good store. They need larger sizes.
My experience was great because of staff member Alex. She is so helpful with giving suggestions on designs and has a great sense of style/fashion. I like how approachable she is and willing to answer questions and shares her knowledge. The reason I value her customer service is due to a bad encounter I had with another staff member Sammie. Sammie was unprofessional and inpatient. I asked for a hat to be customized and he used a lighter causing my hat to become defective/damaged from it being burned. After I left the store I noticed the burn and I had to return back to the store and resolve this issue in getting a new hat. Alex was the staff member to resolve this issue. I hope this company values and acknowledges all of her hard work and great customer service.
I love lids best store ever
Many different varieties of your favorite sports teams caps. I'm a size 8 cap. Very hard to find. Lid's had it. 3 cheers for Lids ! Be going back there many times ! They also do monogramming.
