This is definitely the place to go. I received a new vehicle. Battery was completely dead. Alex was extremely helpful. Insisted I get it checked out right away. I took my car to this place for a state inspection, oil change, and a leak of water into the vehicle. The staff were professional and friendly from the start both over the phone when scheduling an appointment and in person. I received my car back the same day, and they even caught a brake light that was out, so I was grateful they fixed that as well. Though they couldn't immediately fix the leaking issue, they quickly diagnosed the problem and offered to send it to a body shop. I opted to get this looked at another time due to my own time constraints but was glad they figured out what the problem was. For the services I received, the price was also very affordable.
My car had trouble starting one morning and after getting it started I was able to call over to Randolph Automotive Serivcenter and get an appointment for the next morning. They were attentive listeners and were able to summarize what I was experiencing after talking to me on the phone and then again in person. They were able to get my car back to me same day and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. It is also very helpful that they have the after hours pick up at the convenience store for pick ups after the service center closes.
Went in for an inspection sticker. Great service. It was quick and no appointment was necessary.
