My wife and I recently moved into a home that was built in the 1980s...and the basement still reflected that style. It was time for an update and calling Handy Men & Mrs. Helper was a great decision. They were able to transform the antiquated 80's paneling into a modern, functional space, helped move a light fixture while patching a ceiling that had water damage, and even fixed a leaking toilet that we were unaware of. From first contact to completion, communication was abundant, their employees were always punctual and professional, and not only did they do an excellent job of remolding/painting...but they were efficient too. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking to do cosmetic/functional work in their home. There is still some more work to do and when it's time, there's no doubt I will be calling Handy Men & Mrs. Helper.

I was so happy when I found Handyman and Mrs. Helper. I used them twice for miscellaneous handyman jobs and was very pleased with the work performed and how helpful they were. Well...that only lasted the first two times. I called them a third time because my toilet tank was leaking. I was told they were booked and I should call a plumber. I did. Then I called them a fourth time for work I needed done in my utility room. It is a month and a half now and I have still not received a call back. It seems my repairs were too small for them and they wanted to only serve customers that needed large remodeling jobs done. If they don’t want to do all handyman jobs they should change their name because it is very deceiving!!!

We hired EJ and his crew to paint the interior of our house after we moved in. They are fully insured and the price was very competitive for the size of the job. They showed up on time everyday and were easy to work with. They cleaned up everyday and kept the disruption to a minimum. We were thrilled with the job they did and would definitely use them again for other projects!

Utterly unprofessional. We reached out to them for estimates for our home remodeling project. For the first appt, they could not make and asked to reschedule and that too it had to be during the day - they gave us a choice of 3 days @2:30 pm. We confirmed a day and took time off from work for this.nNo show! No one turned up!nAfter repeated calls when Anne finally answered, she does not even have us on her calendar!
